Chobham Manor

Chobham Manor is the first of five new developments built within Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, which will provide a total of 10,000 new homes by 2030. Chobham Manor’s 880 new homes comprise a diverse range of housing including apartments, maisonettes townhouses and mews styled properties, with three quarters of the estate aimed at families and over one third of the total being affordable housing. Homes at Chobham Manor are being built by Chobham Manor LLP, a joint venture between Taylor Wimpey and L&Q, selected for the project by the London Legacy Development Corporation.

Kieran Quinn, Senior Project Manager at Taylor Wimpey said: “Supporting biodiversity and complementing the fantastic green spaces on Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park was a key aim for the Chobham Manor team. Working with Eco Green Roofs really helped us to achieve this aim and it was useful to be able to go through the plans in detail before the work commenced. This was a collaborative project and we were kept fully informed and updated throughout the installation.”
