To ensure their aesthetic appearance, design functionality and environmental benefits continue to last, Green Roofs require a regular, well-managed program that focusses on delivering the full commercial and environmental benefits, the longevity of performance and an economic return in added value.

Our maintenance teams are experienced in eco roofs and understand the challenges of working at heights in a challenging environment. They follow our strict Health & Safety procedures and, as we regularly work with local authorities, are all DBS checked.

Eco Green Roofs offer annual site surveys to independently monitor the condition and performance of a Green, Blue or Solar Roof. We can produce a Biodiversity Net Gain report to ensure that targets are being met and we can make recommendations for underperforming roofs or areas for improvement where necessary.

As part of our maintenance service, we can provide a free site survey from one of our technical team, who provide a thorough survey and make recommendations based on the individual needs of the Green, Solar or Blue Roof in question.

Our operatives are fully and regularly trained in all areas of the Green Roof, including harness training, so they are able to access almost any area of roof. As we specialise in Green, Blue, and Solar Roofs, you have the peace of mind that our teams have the expertise and confidence to carry out all the required work to resolve any issues having a detrimental effect on the performance of the roof.
